WFG Named 2020 NAPA Top DC Advisor Team

Washington Financial Group, a division of HUB International Mid-Atlantic Inc., has been named one of the 2020 NAPA Top DC Advisor Teams.

Since their inception, NAPA’s various industry lists have been a valuable Who’s Who of who matters in the world of retirement plans and retirement plan advisors. This latest chapter—the NAPA Top DC Advisor Teams, ranked by self-reported DC assets under advisement—presents a compelling case for the impact on the nation’s private retirement system.

Every team on this list—and they’re in 40 different states and Washington, DC—has in excess of $100,000,000 in DC assets under advisement—that’s more than $1.3 TRILLION in defined contribution dollars under advisement as of 12/31/20, representing the interests of some 30 million working Americans.

Sure, we know it’s not just about the numbers—but the reality is that advisors are having a huge impact every single day, not only on the quality of retirement plan advice, but in building a more financially secure retirement for millions of Americans.

To be considered a 2020 NAPA Top DC Advisor Team, advisers had to submit an application form to NAPA-Net. The list focuses on investment advisory teams, rather than individual investment advisers, and on the defined contribution practice specifically. Teams are ranked based on Assets under Advisement (as of 12/31/2020). The complete list can be found here: https://www.napa-net.org/industry-intel/industry-lists/top-dc-advisor-teams-2020.
