As HUB’s Chief Utility Player, Jeff wears a number of important hats including insurance specialist, marketing management, sales support, compliance, technology utilization, training and education. In the insurance arena, Jeff serves as the insurance specialist in the client planning process. He also oversees the overall branding guidelines and content development of our website, marketing collateral, presentations, newsletters, emails, infographics and proposals. Jeff also supports the delivery of the HUB client service model encompassing the development of our vast array of plan sponsor and participant training and education materials.
Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife Gretchen, sons Ripken and Hobbs, walking, petting every dog he sees, music, baseball (let’s go O’s!) and going to Walt Disney World as often as possible.
