Considerations in a Coronavirus Workplace Handbook

Employee handbooks often serve as the employer’s central repository of policies and information regarding workplace behavior and employer expectations. They are also one of the first documents requested by plaintiff’s counsel in litigation. Therefore, it’s extremely important that employers keep their handbooks up-to-date and accurate.
