Client Services Administrator
WFG is currently seeking a full-time Client Services Administrator (CSA). The CSA is a key member of the WFG retirement plan department client service team who will serve as the air traffic controller helping to ensure that an unsurpassed level of proactive services to each client is delivered.
Some of the many important roles and responsibilities include supporting the onboarding of new clients including creating client profiles, scheduling kick-off calls and meetings, collecting key documents, setting up files, and updating the CRM system. In addition, the CSA is responsible for maintaining the master calendar of client deliverables per the service plan, and scheduling committee meetings, educational programs, and annual client reviews.
Candidates for this position must have a BA / BS degree, experience in a client service administrative role, proven able to manage multiple projects, assignments and tasks in a timely fashion by prioritizing and organizing daily work activities, and superior organizational, planning and time management skills.
